Hepacon has designed area monitoring systems for Heka-Malmi among others. Heating, air ventilation, outdoor lightning, electronic locks, saunas, and laundry rooms are all controlled with a single system.

Savings in energy consumption

Since the area monitoring system for Heka-Malmi has been in operation, their energy consumption has dropped by 30%. The system covers 146 buildings with total of 2974 homes at the moment.
